Akhal Teke Mares

Medeus's brood mare herd is the heart of our stud farm.  Our original mares were all imported from some of the most important Akhal Teke breeding centres in Russia and have given us access to a genetic resource almost unrivalled in the western world. Our new generation of mares born and bred by us is raising these already high standards still further.

Our breeding plan is carefully prepared each year and the quality of our foals is always improving, but for those clients who so desire we are able to offer the possibility to reserve and breed a mare according to their own specifications either with our own stallions or with semen provided.  Please enquire for details.
